Enclosure I, "Chinese marriages in Hong Kong: New recommendations"; 2. Appendix A, "The background"; 3. Appendix B, "United Nations"; 4. Appendix C, "White Paper and Subsequent Approaches"; 5. Appendix D, "1960 'White Paper' recommendatons; 6. Annexure A, "Chinese Marriages: Presentation of new recommendations".
