This thesis is excellent. The topic is one of the most difficult and yet important in the area of international asset recovery. The author seems to have been able to synthesize the scant data on the topic and present it in a manner that is both understandable and usable. As a professional in the area of asset recovery, money laundering and forced judgment collections, I will state that this thesis is going to be extraordinarily helpful to legal practitioners, especially in matters in Switzerland and the EU.
