I started this diet 30 days ago, and I am down 23 pounds.  The first cycle was very hard, as there was a big restriction on what I could eat, but I stuck with it, figuring I can do anything for 17 days.  I'm glad I did...  I lost 17 pounds in 17 days!  I also began exercising about 60-90 mins/day.  When I began cycle 2, I was able to introduce many more foods, and I have not found it difficult at all.  Before, I would want to have snack food in the evening (chips was my weakness) and would eat out a couple times per week (mostly pizza) but now those cravings have disappeared.  I was at a bit of a standstill when I began cycle 2- the weightloss is not quite as dramatic as in the first cycle.  But so far I have lost 6 pounds and still have 4 days to go, so I'll probably drop another couple of pounds.  I feel like you have to look at it as a whole, not as what you have lost in each cycle.  23 pounds in 30 days is not something I ever imagined...  I've lost so many inches, all of my clothes are too big!  And I have energy like never before.  I now love going for my walks rather than dreading them.  I would reccommend this diet to anyone who is serious about weight loss.  I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing else has seemed to work for me.  I am so grateful for Dr. Mike Moreno and the 17 day diet and it is something I will stick with to the end!
